I don't have anybody at the moment to use it with but the product came exactly as described. The vein shapes and the head shape are all smooth, there's absolutely no sharp edges which I have found on one that I got for my wife in the past. Past. It also comes with a silicone base that has a suction cup at the bottom. So I don't know what happened with the person that said they didn't get a base but this one has one that's really hard to remove to clean.
