About as close to real as it gets. Has good veins, head rim, length, and girth. Length from tip of head to sack is 6 inches and girth is 5 inches. Both good enough. The head has a decent rim though it could be a little more pronounced but it is fine. The gnads look tiny in comparison (kinda funny to look at) but they are not an important part of the package here and really just for aesthetics. A good solid weight with nice flexibility. Amazingly soft, very close to being real. Cleans up very well. You won't be disappointed with this one. Enjoy!
