I have ordered 5 of these over the past 5 years. When plugging the pin into the Little Dipper be very careful. Be sure to go straight in and slowly. The first two that stopped charging happened because it was put in on a slight diagonal which broke them. Now with that said it shouldn't be that easy to break. The charging area on the inside should be better constructed. The button you push to turn on also has issues. If you see the silver piece around the button starting to move it's time to contact the seller for a warranty replacement. One time when the seller didn't respond Amazon took care of the replacement. You will also notice when the toy is ready to stop working it won't be as powerful or long lasting. On the highest setting when you first receive it you get 20 minutes. The best setting is number 3 but start with 1, then go to 2 and 3 will finish you off. It's also great for men tip to tip, down the shaft and if your wife knows how to use it alone then she knows how to drive you crazy and you in turn can do the same. Great product for taking things to the next level, however it should be at least a magnetic charge not the pin. I would recommend getting one its worth the trip.
