The ring for around the balls fit snug but felt looser than most. The ring for the base of the shaft was too big in general whether soft or fully erect, it served no purpose for me. With the motors on high the sound level was not too bad. Will test in public and update the review if someone hears it and catches on. I do really wish the rings were tighter, the idea of the C-Rings for me it to be tight and help to bulge the shaft and veins, so a little upset about that.
