This thing is amazing. The girth is awesome and it is a pretty intense stretch, but it's not intimidating at all because of how smoothly the size increase progresses. The material is the perfect combination of smooth (not going to hurt at all, unlike some toys where the tip is wincingly hard) and firm through the middle, making it very easy to take. It doesn't flop excessively. The balance and good suction also help with stability. Doesn't have the little crevices that sometimes make it easy for toys to collect grime, simple to clean. Easily one of my favorites and one of the most used toys in my collection.
