Very powerful vibration. Sort of the industrial strength version of a vibrator. The battery life is not super impressive but if you just plug it in after use it's good. The cost is low for this much fun. The buttons however were slightly weird and didn't make it easy to select all the different modes. It seemed like one side had modes and the other side would get stuck on a mode and very difficult to change.
