I bought this based on a recommendation from NY Times Wirecutter review. Package arrived, followed instructions for charging the battery. Never turned on! I thought defective switch. Amazon was kind enough to refund my purchase. I was very disappointed.UPDATE: I was able to reach the manufacturer. They responded very quickly. Recommended trying a reboot of the device (not described in the owners manual). This worked. Device works as described. My partner says it's a 'bomb'.
