It feels great. TPE is a softer and stretchier material which is great when trying to fit. This toy isn't very long so if you're a larger guy, you're only going to get the first few inches in. Granted that's where the majority of the sensations should be targeting, at least for me, but if you're someone that likes to feel like you're completely in, this isn't the toy for you. The material quality, and overall quality seem really good. The exterior design is good but it's definitely not the best part. The interior felt great for me. I think this toy is great, with no vibration. It's easily cleaned, but make sure you stick with water based lubricants as the material is easily damaged/melted with some other (silicone based) lubricants.
