I searched a long time for a product that could accommodate larger girth, and the answer all along was good ol' Fleshlight! I had no idea the girls came in a range of widths. This is on the larger end for sure. For reference I'm 6" circumference and was very comfortable and could maybe have gone tighter. It is QUITE long so it can handle larger sizes in both dimensions. Another minor complaint is it could've at least came with renewing powder at this price. But if other products have been choking or painful for you, this is the way to go.
