It took me a couple of weeks to get prepped for this thing. I used other smaller plugs and slowly worked up to about the size of the knot. Once I got it in, oh boy does it really fill you up. My only complaint is I think it's too long. The knot could be a bit lower and the top part above the knot could be a bit shorter. The tip once fully inserted was not very comfortable. If you're not properly prepped for this thing, the top part will bend over frequently and is not stiff. Once you get that part in, the knot bends below it and folds up. Overall it feels unbelievable once you get it in, but unless your a pro, it takes a lot of work and effort to get the reward.
