The item came in a discreet black box which contained the item itself, the charge cord, and instructions for use. The toy itself is easy to use however, I wish it came with a remote. You can easily connect it to the app and control it that way but, this is a little more cumbersome than just a small remote. There are several vibration modes that increase in intensity which is nice. But again, you have to click the power button or use the app on your phone to control this. I also wish that the charger was magnetic. Instead it is one you have to poke into the toy itself. It’s not hard to do but, personal preference is magnetic chargers. Overall I am satisfied and will use again but wish there were a few things that were different about it.
