This thing feels absolutely incredible. Soft and slippery enough to be exceptionally comfortable, but firm enough to bounce on. I've had a few toys of this size, but none have even come close to feeling as good as this one does. It slips in so nicely and feels so amazing I've found myself playing with it every day, which has not been typical for me with toys of this girth. Measurements were accurate, though mine wound up being closer to 12.75" max circumference, which it hits about 6.5-7" down the toy (see pic). The bag is admittedly a bit on the small side for a toy of this size, but it does fit and is super handy to have. The suction cup does work REALLY well, but only on very smooth surfaces. It works on the tile and linoleum, but not my wood flooring. That being said, because of how wide the suction cup is and the weight of those balls at the bottom, it does a reasonably decent job of staying standing even if the suction cup isn't really holding to the surface its on. This toy is a must have for people who like extreme girth.
