Recent update: bought in 2020. It's now 2022 and this thing is STILL my favorite and going strong! They say it's waterproof, I put it to the test and it did not disappoint! I saw on one the questions posted above that the company had stated that have a 15 yr warranty on all their products so I emailed them directly instead of trying to go through amazon (since it's been more than 30 days). I've never been so impressed by a company's customer service. It took less than 24 hrs to get an email response. They were so sweet and apologetic about it and are replacing my product for me. I'm still in love with this product and the fact that the company takes such good care of their customers. I will 100% do business with them again.
