Recent update: bought in 2020. It's now 2022 and this thing is STILL my favorite and going strong! They say it's waterproof, I put it to the test and it did not disappoint! I've never been so impressed by a company's customer service. It took less than 24 hrs to get an email response. They were so sweet and apologetic about it and are replacing my product for me. I'm still in love with this product and the fact that the company takes such good care of their customers. I will 100% do business with them again.
