I am usually an XS/S in shorts, but accidentally ordered the M/L in these. I'm glad I did because they fit like a glove, if not a bit snug! They are stretchy and very comfortable. For the strap on section itself, it's a little pouch in the crotch with a reinforced hole for your toy. Since there's really no base or harness ability, any toy you put in here sorta just dangles around. It doesn't really have a stable foundation that allows you to have complete control. That said, it's still a decent strap on especially for beginners!
