Before you buy, the inflation on the item does have a safety limit to prevent damage/bursting. So don't buy this if you're looking for huge/extreme anal inflation levels. It does inflate to a pretty nice and big ball tip though. The vibration strength on this is also pretty great for how small it is! Stronger than most I've tried. I think the best feature about this though is just it's ability to inflate with the touch of a button on the toy itself, or on the remote.
