Received on time and of course was excited to see it and opened to find it damaged. I was aware of "no return" but checheck to see about exchange.... nope. I am really disappointed that no way for exchange...I'm NOT asking for refund but want to receive the product I ordered without defectI will say I agree with everyone the texture is great, soft but not to soft with the right firmness. Have not tried it out due to damage.As for size the head really isn't 3" side to side (wide) it only measures 3" if you measure the head from an angle. the head is about 2.5" wide. The shaft does measure a nice 3" diameter.Hopefully the seller will see this and help with an exchange. This would go a long way for not only myself but also others to feel more comfortable about future orders.UPDATE...Much to my surprise, the seller reached out to me and was very nice about it and when emailing was very quick to respond. Not only did they offer a free replacement but also upgraded it to the next size up (my request) at no additional charge. Additionally when I asked for the replacement they sent it so quickly, I literally came home the next day and had a box at my door. Initially I was confused as I couldn't remember ordering anything. Opened the box and low and behold the new upgraded item was in it. Blew my mind. Outstanding customer service, which is unheard of these days.Additional product review update... I will say the material they use is without superior quality. I have purchased many toys and many use a horrible silicone mix that is hard as a rock, some tacky feeling others slick. This company uses a mix that is firm in center and yet life like soft and playable on outside. The material is without question top shelf ... my only wish is they had more designs and sizing.One suggestion for sizing would be insertable Length around 8 or 9 inches with the XL diameter of 3.8". In other words same diameter and shape as XL but not as long or a really great knotted unit with 3-4" down size below the Knott so Knott would go all the way in.
