It is easy I to hold and press the buttons during use. Easy to clean. It comes with a bag to put it in ( which I totally advise useing becuase the toy collects everything it touches), and the adapter (idk if adapter is the right word but I'm refering to the cord with usb at one end and the plug for the toy at the other), and a little book illustrating the settings. It however does not come with the part that actually plugs into tje wall outlet. It has lost a star for this reason. Luckily I have my samsung charger box that I can use.The modes are great, I love the two motors. It does get a bit warm with prolonged use. The vibrations on even the first setting are really strong. The bunny ears are perfect and dont hurt like some others I have experienced. The curve of the toy hits just the right spot for me.
