The buttons do go through several patterns and movements which are nice, but the app gives you total control of the experience.There are 3 controls in the app: suction, vibration, "tongue" movement (speed).Suction: Turning the suction up doesn't make the suction stronger, it makes it suck for a longer amount of time. The suction is so strong that it can get uncomfortable or painful quickly if you have it turned up too high.Tongue Movement: My favorite thing about this toy is that you can turn the tongue speed so slow that it can slowly flick. When you position it just right, this is an insane feature. It turns up quite fast as well, so you have a full range of speeds.Vibration: This controls the vibration in the tongue itself. Turning it off is great to focus on the movement of the tongue itself, but when you're ready for more pressure, turn the vibration on. It has a range from soft vibration to very, very intense vibrations.Noise levels: The suction is pretty loud but for how powerful it is, it's really not too bad! I used it in my house when I wasn't alone and didn't have an issue.Waterproof: Thank goodness this thing knows how to survive a flood. Enough said.Packaging: It arrived in a plain black box that was very discreet and didn't give anything away. It also came with a little pamphlet explaining how to use it and of course a charger.For the price I expected something much lower quality. I would have spent double on this toy, it is so well made. The materials are so soft. I might buy a 2nd just in case.
