Novel Creations stands behind their products and have been super awesome about rectifying the poor charger situation for customers, so long as it is within the 1 year from purchase date time frame they give you and you have proof of purchase/receipt.Bottom line, you have not had an O until the Pointe!!! You get way more for your money than anything else in the price range and well above its price range too. It's money well spent and you never have to buy batteries!!!Don't sell yourselves short, ladies; you're fabulous and you deserve it! Treat yourself, guilt free. You won't regret it. I own it in every single color!!
