Wow, 1st product like this I have owned. This thing is awesome. Sensation of all 3 holes is great. Each one has a different feel and are all great. Durability seems good and she has had no complaints or headaches yet so that's a bonus. I have just been using water and light handsoap for lubricant and cleaning and seems to work great. The mouth and pussy are the same hole so clean up is easy with the through design. The anal was a separate hole that did not connect making it harder to clean. There was only a thin section leading to the mouth channel that I ripped through making cleaning easier. If you are thinking about it just buy one. You will be glad you did. The only comment that is not really a negative is that the color is not what I expected. The pictures look like you will get a white girl skin tone.
